I have a 43 acre piece that is for sale. Located in Monroe County by Albia, IA. It is 99% wooded with a nice stocked pond. This farm has a creek flowing through it. Our land continues to appreciate at a rate of $100 per acre per year. Land continues to be a good investment. This is a chance to buy land that we have had limited hunting pressure on.
